South Australians place their trust in Hickinbotham for a record 22nd year

The Hickinbotham Group has been named South Australia’s largest home builder  for a record 22nd year. 

The South Australian owned and operated family business again topped the state  in the Housing Industry Association’s 2025/26 HIA–COLORBOND® steel Housing  100 report. 

Established more than 70 years ago, Hickinbotham has built more than 50,000  homes for generations of South Australians.
