24 Week Build Time Guarantee
Your house is eligible for the 24-week Build Time Guarantee if the proposed house fulfils the following conditions:
- The house is one of our standard designs.
- The house is in the Adelaide metropolitan area.
- The house is a single-story house.
- The house is not a split-level house.
- The house does not require retaining walls or landscaping.
- The site does not have a greater than 600 mm fall.
- The site has a sewer connection.
- The site does not require any demolition work.
Terms of the Guarantee
If your house is eligible for the Guarantee, then Construction Services Australia will complete the construction of your house within 24 weeks of commencing its construction (as defined below) subject to extension as described below (Guaranteed Build Time).
However, if delays arise as a result of one or more of the causes set out in clause 10 of Schedule 1 to your Building Agreement with us, your house will cease to be eligible for the Guarantee.
Construction of a house is defined as commencing on the day the slab of the house is poured and concluding on the day that Construction Services Australia delivers a Certificate of Practical Completion in accordance with the Building Agreement.
Effect of Breach of the Guarantee
If construction of your eligible home is not completed within the Guaranteed Build Time, Construction Services Australia will pay you $250 for each complete week from the expiration of the Guaranteed Build Time until the day construction of the house concludes, for a maximum of (six) weeks.
Such payment will be your sole and exclusive remedy and will constitute the full extent of Construction Services Australia’s liability in connection with the Guarantee.
The payment will take the form of a deduction from the final progress payment required under the Building Agreement to effect formal handover of the house.
The Guarantee is available for all eligible contracts signed from the 29 July 2026.

The ‘Titled Land Discount’ offer is available on contracts signed up to and including 30 August.
The Offer is strictly limited to customers who:
Sign a new contract and pay a deposit of $1,000 within seven days of issue.
Have land that is titled by 30 November 2026. Where the land is already titled the Certificate of Title for the specific allotment must be presented before contract signing. Settlement is not required.
Do not have an existing signed contract with Hickinbotham.
Have land that is clear and accessible, with roads, kerbs and services installed.
The land must be clear and accessible with roads, kerbs and services installed. If the Certificate of Title is not available and the land is not accessible with roads, kerbs and service installed, eligibility is void.
The discount is not redeemable for cash or credit. The $10,000 discount will be applied as a credit to the final quotation.

HomeSeeker Packages, Allenby Gardens and HomeStart Low Deposit Loans are not eligible for this offer.

$2,500 Harvey Norman Voucher
The offer is available to customers who sign a new Building Agreement with Hickinbotham by 5.00pm 31 August 2026.
Eligible customers will receive one $2,500 Harvey Norman eGift Card, issued electronically via Prezzee to the customer’s nominated email address at pre-handover.
The offer is limited to one voucher per Building Agreement. The voucher is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or credit, applied against the Building Agreement or substituted for another benefit.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with the Titled Land Discount.
No voucher will be issued where the Building Agreement is cancelled or the home does not proceed to handover.
The voucher is subject to the applicable Harvey Norman and Prezzee terms and conditions.
