Referral and Loyalty Bonus

Referral Bonus: Referred clients who have already contacted the Hickinbotham Group before we receive your referral are not eligible. Loyalty Bonus: Available to prior Hickinbotham Group customers named on the new contract who have previously completed a build with, or purchased a home from, the Hickinbotham Group. General: Only one bonus may be claimed per new contract/dwelling. The Referral Bonus and Loyalty Bonus cannot both be claimed for the same transaction. Offer not available in conjunction with any other referral or loyalty incentives. The $1,000 bonus is payable on settlement of the new contract with the Hickinbotham Group (build or completed home), provided settlement occurs within 12 months after we receive your referral or loyalty claim.
