Watch, Report, Reward

Reward is only granted if the reported activity results in an individual being charged and convicted in a court of law for vandalism and/or theft related offences to a construction site operated by any of the businesses referred to in the promotional material. The report must result in a criminal investigation, prosecution, and final conviction. Reward will be $5,000 and paid after conviction and sentencing of the individual(s) involved. The reward is non-transferable. False or fraudulent reports will not be rewarded. No reward will be paid if the charges are dropped, the case is dismissed, or the individual is acquitted. The identity of the person making the report will remain confidential, unless required to be disclosed by law. Construction Services Australia is not liable for any losses, damages or injuries related to the report, investigation, prosecution, or conviction. Construction Services Australia reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time. Only one reward will be paid per convicted individual. A reward will only be payable where Construction Services Australia is reasonably satisfied the report qualifies for the reward under these terms and conditions.
